Red River Gorge Chimney TopStanton, KYFrom Slade take the Combs Mountain Parkway east and take exit 40 (15 and 715). Go back north on 15 to Pine Ridge and turn right on 715. Look for turnoff to Chimney Top in about two miles
Red River Gorge Rock Bridge TrailStanton, KYFrom Slade take the Combs Mountain Parkway east and take exit 40 (15 and 715). Go back north on 15 to Pine Ridge and turn right on 715. In about 1/2 mile look for Rock Bridge Road on the left.
Red River Gorge Tunnel Ridge RoadStanton, KYFrom Slade take KY 15 east. Watch for the road on the north (left).
Dupont State ForestBrevard, NCFrom Brevard: take US 276 south to Cedar Mountain and turn left on Cascade Lake Road. Continue on Cascade Lake road for 2.5 miles, then turn right on Staton Road/DuPont Road.

Pisgah National Forest Courthouse FallsBrevard, NCFrom Brevard go west on US 64 9 miles then north on NC 215 10.5 miles to FR 140. Go about 3 miles on FR 140 and look for trail sign hidden on left just past a creek crossing.

Lake Jocassee Jumping Off RockLiberty, SCFrom Liberty take US 178 north. Stay on 178 8.1miles after the junction with SC 11then turn west on Horse Pasture Rd. The parking area is about 10 miles west.
